Gizlilik Politikası

Bu politika, Discord botu Mirae'nin ("bot", "biz") hangi verileri topladığını, neden kullandığını ve haklarını açıklar. Botu kullanarak bu politikayı kabul etmiş olursun.

1. Topladığımız veriler

Discord kimliği: kullanıcı ID'n ve kullanıcı adın.
Oyun verileri: bakiye, envanter, kartlar, karakterler, takımlar, görevler, başarımlar, istek listesi, pazar ilanları, oy ödülleri ve benzeri oyun ilerlemen.
Sunucu verileri: botun bulunduğu sunucunun ID'si, dil tercihi ve hangi sunucuda oynadığın.
İşlem ve komut kayıtları: kullandığın komutun adı ve yazdığın seçenekler (örn. roll, give 500), para ve kart transferleri. Bunlar hile önleme ve hata ayıklama içindir.
Senin eklediğin içerik: kartlarını özelleştirirken verdiğin resim bağlantıları ve vitrin başlıkları gibi.

Toplamadıklarımız: Mesajlarını kaydetmeyiz. Bot, mesajları sadece kendisine verilen bir komut olup olmadığını anlamak için okur; komut olmayan mesajlar saklanmaz. E-posta, telefon, IP adresi, konum veya ödeme bilgisi toplamayız.

2. Verileri neden kullanıyoruz

Botun oyun özelliklerini çalıştırmak ve ilerlemeni kaydetmek.
Hileyi, alt hesap kötüye kullanımını ve makroları önlemek, oyun ekonomisini adil tutmak.
Hataları bulup düzeltmek ve botu geliştirmek.

Verilerin hizmetin sunulması ve meşru menfaatimiz (adil ve güvenli bir oyun) kapsamında işlenir. Verilerini satmayız ve reklam için kullanmayız.

3. Paylaşılan üçüncü taraflar

Discord: bot Discord üzerinde çalışır; Discord'un kendi gizlilik politikası geçerlidir.
top.gg: vote komutunu kullanınca oy verip vermediğini kontrol etmek için kullanıcı ID'n top.gg'ye gönderilir.
AniList: karakter bilgileri ve resimleri AniList'ten alınır; AniList'e senin hakkında bilgi gönderilmez.
Sunucu sağlayıcısı: veriler, bot için kiraladığımız ve Türkiye dışında bulunabilen bir bulut sunucusunda saklanır.

4. Saklama süresi

Oyun verilerin, sen silinmesini isteyene kadar saklanır.
Komut kayıtları sürekli döner: yalnızca son kayıtlar tutulur, eskileri otomatik silinir. Transfer kayıtları 30 gün sonra silinir.
Veritabanı yedekleri sınırlı süre saklanır; silme talebinden sonra en geç 30 gün içinde yedeklerden de kalkar.

5. Güvenlik

Verilere yalnızca geliştirici erişebilir. Yönetim paneli internete açık değildir ve sunucuya erişim anahtarla korunur.

6. Hakların

KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında verilerinin ne olduğunu öğrenme, düzeltilmesini veya silinmesini isteme hakkın var. Talebin için aşağıdaki iletişim yolundan bize yaz; en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız. Silinen veriler (bakiye, kartlar vb.) geri getirilemez.

7. Yaş sınırı

Bot, Discord'u kullanmak için gereken yaş sınırının altındaki kişilere yönelik değildir.

8. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikleri bot üzerinden duyururuz; sayfanın başındaki tarih son güncellemeyi gösterir.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the Discord bot Mirae ("the bot", "we") collects, why we use it, and your rights. By using the bot you agree to this policy.

1. Data we collect

Discord identity: your user ID and username.
Game data: balance, inventory, cards, characters, teams, quests, achievements, wishlist, market listings, vote rewards and similar game progress.
Server data: the ID of servers the bot is in, their language setting, and which server you play in.
Action and command logs: the name of the command you used and the options you typed (e.g. roll, give 500), plus money and card transfers. These are used to prevent cheating and to fix bugs.
Content you add: such as image links you provide when customizing cards and showroom titles.

What we don't collect: We do not store your messages. The bot reads messages only to check whether they are a command for it; messages that are not commands are not stored. We don't collect email, phone numbers, IP addresses, location or payment information.

2. Why we use it

To run the bot's game features and save your progress.
To prevent cheating, alt-account abuse and macros, and keep the game economy fair.
To find and fix bugs and improve the bot.

Your data is processed to provide the service and for our legitimate interest in a fair and safe game. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. Third parties

Discord: the bot runs on Discord; Discord's own privacy policy applies.
top.gg: when you use the vote command, your user ID is sent to top.gg to check whether you voted.
AniList: character info and images come from AniList; no information about you is sent to AniList.
Hosting provider: data is stored on a cloud server we rent for the bot, which may be located outside your country.

4. Retention

Your game data is kept until you ask us to delete it.
Command logs rotate: only recent entries are kept and older ones are deleted automatically. Transfer records are deleted after 30 days.
Database backups are kept for a limited time; after a deletion request your data is removed from backups within 30 days.

5. Security

Only the developer can access the data. The admin panel is not exposed to the internet and server access is protected by a key.

6. Your rights

Under applicable law (including GDPR and Turkey's KVKK) you can ask what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Contact us using the details below and we'll respond within 30 days. Deleted data (balance, cards, etc.) cannot be restored.

7. Age

The bot is not intended for anyone below the minimum age required to use Discord.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. We'll announce important changes through the bot; the date at the top shows the latest update.
