Discord botu Mirae'yi ("bot", "biz") kullanarak veya bir sunucuya ekleyerek bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun. Kabul etmiyorsan botu kullanma.

1. Discord kuralları

Botu kullanırken Discord Hizmet Koşulları'na ve Topluluk Kuralları'na uymalısın.

2. Sanal para ve eşyalar

Bottaki para, kart, karakter, Havera, lootbox ve diğer tüm eşyalar sanaldır ve gerçek bir değeri yoktur. Gerçek paraya çevrilemez, iade edilemez.
Bot içindeki şansa dayalı oyunlar (slots, blackjack, coinflip vb.) yalnızca sanal parayla oynanır; gerçek para kazanılmaz veya kaybedilmez.
Sanal eşyaları veya hesapları gerçek para, başka bir oyunun parası veya herhangi bir karşılık için alıp satmak yasaktır.
Oyun ekonomisi canlıdır: kart değerleri zamanla iner çıkar. Oyun dengesini korumak için ödülleri, fiyatları ve değerleri her zaman değiştirebiliriz.

3. Yasak davranışlar

Makro, script, self-bot veya otomatik araçlarla komut kullanmak.
Ödül veya para toplamak için alt hesap (ikinci hesap) kullanmak.
Hataları (bug) kendi çıkarın için kullanmak; bulduğun hatayı bize bildirmelisin.
Botu spam yapmak, aşırı yüklemek veya başkalarının oyununu bozmak.
Kart özelleştirmede uygunsuz, +18, nefret içerikli veya başkasına ait olup kullanma hakkın olmayan resimler kullanmak.

4. Yaptırımlar

Bu koşulları ihlal edersen uyarmadan; botu kullanmanı engelleyebilir, ilerlemeni kısmen veya tamamen sıfırlayabilir ya da haksız elde edilen eşyaları geri alabiliriz.

5. Hizmetin sunulması

Bot ücretsizdir ve "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz.
Bakım, güncelleme veya beklenmedik sorunlar nedeniyle bot geçici olarak çalışmayabilir. Botu veya bazı özellikleri değiştirebilir ya da tamamen kapatabiliriz.
Veri kaybı veya sanal eşya kaybı nedeniyle sorumluluk kabul etmeyiz; ancak yedekleri düzenli alıyoruz.

6. İçerik ve telif

Karakter adları ve resimleri, sahiplerine aittir ve AniList üzerinden gösterilir. Mirae bu eserlerin sahipleriyle bağlantılı değildir. Telif sahibiysen ve bir içeriğin kaldırılmasını istiyorsan bize yaz.

7. Gizlilik

Hangi verileri topladığımızı Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklıyoruz.

8. Değişiklikler

Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Değişiklikten sonra botu kullanmaya devam etmen yeni koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.

By using the Discord bot Mirae ("the bot", "we") or adding it to a server, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the bot.

1. Discord rules

While using the bot you must follow the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

2. Virtual currency and items

All money, cards, characters, Havera, lootboxes and other items in the bot are virtual and have no real-world value. They can't be exchanged for real money or refunded.
Chance-based games in the bot (slots, blackjack, coinflip, etc.) use virtual currency only; no real money can be won or lost.
Buying or selling virtual items or accounts for real money, another game's currency or anything else of value is forbidden.
The game economy is live: card values go up and down over time. We may change rewards, prices and values at any time to keep the game balanced.

3. Prohibited behavior

Using macros, scripts, self-bots or any automation to run commands.
Using alternate accounts to farm rewards or money.
Exploiting bugs for your own benefit; please report any bug you find.
Spamming or overloading the bot, or ruining the game for others.
Using inappropriate, NSFW, hateful, or other people's images you don't have the right to use when customizing cards.

4. Enforcement

If you break these terms we may, without warning, block you from the bot, partly or fully reset your progress, or remove items obtained unfairly.

5. The service

The bot is free and provided "as is". We don't guarantee it will run without interruptions or errors.
The bot may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates or unexpected issues. We may change or discontinue the bot or any feature.
We are not liable for loss of data or virtual items, although we take regular backups.

6. Content and copyright

Character names and images belong to their respective owners and are shown through AniList. Mirae is not affiliated with the owners of these works. If you are a rights holder and want content removed, contact us.

7. Privacy

We explain what data we collect in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the bot after a change means you accept the new terms.
